Please read the entire journal before asking for a commission. Commissions are first come, first serve unless all of the materials for a later commission happen to arrive first.

Payment & Prices

Payment is done in advance through Etsy. No refunds unless I cannot complete the piece.

The prices stated in this journal cover the materials and production prices.

Materials price is calculated by adding up the prices of all materials used in the piece.

Production price is calculated by multiplying crafting time with my hourly rate. This hourly rate is fixed, and was calculated based on what is fair to myself and other crafters.

The prices below assume that only affordable materials such as aluminum rose beads, certain types of gemstone beads, and artistic and/or enamel coated copper wire are used in the piece. The use of more expensive or rare materials will result in a price increase beyond the ranges listed in this journal.

If your piece is expected to take more time to complete than the crafting time stated in the journal, the price will be increased accordingly.

What I Make

I accept commissions for most characters and concepts, including but not limited to fandom characters and items (ex. weapons), fairy tale characters, OCs, and nature-inspired jewelry.

Scythe Pendants: $35-50

My signature scythe pendants are typically lightweight (under 1oz) and take 4-6 hours to craft.

Simple Pendants and Bracelets: $15-$35

These pendants and bracelets use minimal amounts of wire and take under 2 hours to craft. They are also lightweight, usually weighing under 1oz.

Intricate Pendants and Bracelets: $35-110

This tier is for more intricate pieces with higher material costs and/or production times, taking up to 14 hours to craft. The weight can range from 0.75 to 3 oz.

Timeline

The preparation time for commissions is typically 6-10 weeks. It usually takes 4-8 weeks for materials to arrive, and I will need around 2-4 weeks for the design and crafting.

Shipping

Shipping price depends on your location and the weight of the piece. These prices are determined by the carrier and are subject to change.

Once the piece is shipped, I do not take responsibility for the package being lost or damaged. If you choose a shipping method that comes with insurance or a money-back guarantee, you can get partially or fully compensated by the carrier in the case of package loss or damage.

Please note that shipping times can exceed two months for international orders.

Restrictions and Copyrights

No political, religious, or offensive pieces. No mature content. Nothing related to real people, places, and organizations.

Do not ask me to replicate official merchandise or copy the works of other artists.

You are not allowed to copy my works or claim credit for them.

I can make something that's similar to a past piece, but not an exact replica.

I will ask you to request a custom order via Etsy once we confirm the price. I will create a private listing for you and start the crafting process after you've made the payment.

You can include as many or few details as you want in your request (ex. 'a blue pendant with an ocean theme' is sufficient); I'll ask you to clarify if I need more information.

If you are requesting your OC, please state in your note that you grant me permission to create and put up for sale a piece based on your character's design, personality, and/or story.

Please let me know if you have allergies, and I will give you a list of materials that I intend to use for the piece. In purchasing the piece, you agree that I take no responsibility for any adverse reactions you have to it.
